By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
1. Loyalist College or IT Services will not assume responsibility for the loss of any software program or data.
2. We will make every effort to maintain the integrity of data stored on equipment we support.
3. It is your responsibility to obtain a viable backup prior to requesting support.
4. We DO NOT perform hardware repairs, system backups/restores or operating system installs/upgrades, but will suggest a third party if these types of repairs are deemed necessary to resolve the issue.
